Where We Ship
Orders ship from Roanoke, VA.
We currently only ship to the continental United States.
Processing Time
Our processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your order at checkout.
We do offer free shipping on orders over $55.00.
Carrier Information
Your candles will be shipped via USPS or UPS. The most efficient shipping carrier will be chosen based on your address and the weight of your order.
Shipping Delays
Around Ashley’s Table is not responsible for any shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to local disruptions, weather, or shipping carriers.
Damaged Packages
If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at ashley@aroundashleystable.com. For damaged products/packages, you will have 14 days from the shipping date on the package to report a damaged product/package and to send us images with proof of the damage. Please send images to ashley@aroundashleystable.com along with your order number. We will replace the item(s) and ship them to you within 7 business days. If certain items are no longer in stock, we will work with you to find a substitute or we will refund you for the out of stock damaged item.
Errors and Undeliverable Packages
If there is an error with the shipping address entered at checkout by the customer and the package is undeliverable or shipped to the wrong location, Around Ashley’s Table is not responsible for the cost of shipping the package an additional time. In this case, we will either refund the order (minus the shipping cost) or the customer can choose to pay an additional shipping fee to have the package shipped to the correct address. If the error occurs on our end at Around Ashley’s Table, we will pay to re-ship the package to the address provided by the customer.
