Our candle shop was born out of a desire to be more intentional with the products we have and use in our home. Candles have always been an important part of our traditions and memories from childhood. Whether my mom had a candle burning to usher in a new season or holiday or to elevate our home for a gathering with friends and family. I have always loved candles and the comfort and coziness a flickering flame brings to a room.

Our passion began in 2018 when we had a "big box" candle burning in our home. I noticed that the candle was causing an adverse reaction and I started to get a headache. Our son was only 1 at the time and it dawned on me that this candle might not be the safest thing to be burning around him. I did a deep dive on the candle ingredients and found that so many of our favorite brands weren't great to have in our home around our growing family. Giving up candles was not an option for us, so we decided to make our own.

Our goal was to create a timeless product with memorable and unique scents that you can feel good about burning in your home. We took the time to carefully select the ingredients that would provide the best performance while also being safer for our home and family.

Our candles & melts are hand poured in Virginia in small batches to maintain quality and consistency. We use 100% natural soy wax, cotton and paper wicks (lead-free), and upscale phthalate-free fragrance oils. We worry about the ingredients, so you don’t have to!
